LGBT history

The Inbstitute's library contains the Lesbian and Gay Newsmedia Archive (LAGNA) and other LGBT-relevant material,[1] including the archive of the Gay and Lesbian Humanist Association (GALHA).

On 10 July 2009, GALHA held its 30th anniversary celebration in the Institute's Great Hall. The event included the presentation to Sue Sanders of the Derek Oyston CHE Award.[2]
